Stop paying for boxes you never shipped.
Every week the carrier re-measures your parcels and bills you the difference. Parcel Adjustment Auditor checks each adjustment against what you actually packed, shows you which ones are worth fighting, and writes the dispute for you.

The actual app, with its built-in sample business. Hover the dots.
You already know this feeling.
Small shippers describe the same weekly ritual: open the invoice, find the adjustments, call, wait, repeat.
Quoted from public posts by small shippers, 2025 to 2026. Trimmed for length.
A few dollars a parcel. Every single week.
Adjustments look small one line at a time. Move the sliders to your own volume and see what they add up to over a year.
Starting values come from the sample business in the app: 629 parcels across ten weekly invoices, 91 of them adjusted, $1,549.95 billed in adjustments. Your numbers will differ.
Each square is one parcel this week. Pink ones came back with an adjustment.
From weekly invoice to money back on your account.
Six steps, in the order an invoice actually moves. The auditor does the reconciling. You make the calls that need a person.
Every weekly invoice, checked line by line.
"When it's 5+ adjustments on every weekly invoice it's an infuriating process."Ops lead who reconciles the weekly UPS invoice
Import the UPS or FedEx invoice export. Each charge is matched to the shipment it belongs to, and every adjustment is pulled out and sized up before you open a single PDF.
Your record next to theirs.
"There is ZERO evidence supplied of what the issue is, what change was made."Online merchant, on carrier adjustments
For every adjustment you see the box you packed beside the box you were billed for, with the order, service, weight and where your measurement came from. Pick a box type to see how far the billed size drifted in the sample business.
Only the charges worth fighting.
"I shipped 5 items that are all identical, 3 of the 5 got this crazy adjustment."Online seller, weekly UPS shipper
Every finding is ranked by how much evidence backs it: strong signal, possible, or needs a measurement first. Identical items billed differently get their own flag. Filter, tick the ones you want, and build the dispute.
| Select | Tracking | Type | Amount | Evidence |

The dispute letter writes itself.
"UPS overcharges all the time. We fight it but it takes precious time."Small business shipper
The charges you picked become a dispute packet: a summary CSV, a printable packet and a letter that lists every tracking number, invoice and amount. The wording asks the carrier for its measurement evidence or a correction. It never accuses.
Recovered means on your account.
"Errors in their favor that haven't been resolved in years."Small shipper
Every dispute is tracked from prepared to submitted, approved and received. Partial approvals and rejections are recorded too. A credit only counts as recovered once you confirm it landed, so the number you see is money you actually have.
Fix it at the source, once.
Some adjustments are the carrier. Some are a saved box spec that is an inch off. Patterns groups repeat offenders by box type and tells you the one thing to check, so next week's invoice is cleaner.

Every screen built around getting paid back.
Real screens from the app, running its sample business. Pick one, or let it play.

Your invoices stay yours.
No carrier login to hand over and no account to connect. The numbers are checked against each other every time something changes.
Eight integrity checks, every time
The totals you see are proven against each other, so the recovered figure is one you can take to your accountant.
- Every invoice line points to a real invoice and shipment
- Invoice totals reconcile with their line items
- Findings reference valid records
- No charge appears in more than one finding
- Disputes reconcile with their findings
- Approved, rejected and pending splits add up
- Credits received never exceed approved amounts
- Credits are never netted against charges
Data stays in your browser
Invoices are imported from files. Nothing is sent to a carrier for you; disputes are recorded as submitted by you.
Thresholds you control
Decide how big a gap has to be before it is flagged. Drag to see which box types from the sample still get flagged.
Works with the export you already have
Bring a carrier invoice CSV and your shipment records. Column mapping is offered on import, because no two exports use the same headers.
Letters that keep the relationship
You still need your carrier next week. Every letter asks for evidence or a correction, and never asserts fraud.
UPS and FedEx, side by side
Filter by carrier anywhere in the app, or see both together. Dimension, weight, additional handling, address correction and residential surcharges are all sorted for you.
Make this the last week you pay without checking.
Reconcile every adjustment, dispute the ones you can win, and count only the credits that land. See it on your own invoice first.
